Around mid-September, when it first got really cold and rainy, I was walking back to my dorm in the grass between Prentice and the Gym Annex and I crossed paths with a girl and a guy walking arm and arm. The girl was cuddling up to the guy (she was wearing a hoodie that looked warm enough for the day) when I heard this:

Girl: Shit, it's really cold. What are we going to do when it snows?
Guy: Ummm...wear coats?

Duh. I wonder if the girl is usually that dumb and he continues to hang out with her.

From the first week of the semester...

A girl is walking down the hall with her laptop. She's on her way to ResNet for help. But another kid, a computer science major who lives in the room across the hall, stops her and offers his help instead. They chat a bit. I'm not paying much attention to what they say until they begin this dialouge:

Girl: I don't drink.
Guy: I don't drink. I've never been drunk.
Girl: I don't drink or smoke or have sex.
Guy: I don't drink, smoke, or have sex, either!
Guy's roommate: I don't drink or smoke and I'm a vigin too!

It continues on. So basically. The funny part is, these kids -- this is the honors dorm mind you -- were basically arguing over who had fewer vices. Vices that I might add they will probably acquire by the year's end.
